cas and i were talking abt dieting.

she told me about drinking lemon water every morning.

well.. i doubted it at first. but!!!... i did a research just now.. (a small break from my mugging k!)

lemon water diet is recommended by Beyonce!!~

god damn. she lost 20 pounds in less than two weeks time.

how is it possible right?? fu.king envious.

so what is exactly lemon water diet about?? it is a DETOX diet.

this diet consists of: fresh water, pure lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and natural maple syrup.

how it works: the acid in the lemons assists the cleansing process, and the cayenne pepper helps speed up your metabolism, promoting circulation and a greater release of toxins from our bodies. (yaaawhooow~)

simple steps:

- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon.

- 2 tablespoons of Organic or natural maple syrup.

- 1/10th of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, more or less to taste.

Mix above ingredients in 8 oz. of fresh water (no mixed/flavoured drinks!), hot or cold.

fasting/STARVING will help to receive a much better result. it is recommended that you fast for about 5-10 days, the most is 14 days. during fasting, drink 6-8 glasses of the lemon water... and continue to starve... =)

well.. to able to lose 9 kgs of fats in 2 wks sound so tempting! but the thing is.. i cant even take a small tiny little meal at all for the whole day. hais.. siao bo?!

anyway i think no harm trying. better than taking some ridiculous slimming pills right?
