went for movie- drag me to hell with vivian, my lovely cousin.
went over to cineleisure.
i dont know if sporeans love to watch movie or they simply have nth else better to do.
loooong Q + the next earliest time slot for transformer was at 1215am (we Q-ed at ard 630) + 735pm slot for drag was sold out + we got the 935pm slot with seats on the third row from the front = SIAN.
the movie.. i assumed it was nice...
two-third of the time i was covering my eyes w my hands.
LOL. k... i lousy. lousy karen.
BUT!
much better than the guy sitting beside me k!
he was like..
guy beside: "oh.. fuck!... ... Jesus Christ.... omg... fuck man!! ... holy hell!!!"

and!!! he was like using both hands to cover his eyes.
damn cute rightt.

cas and i were talking abt dieting.

she told me about drinking lemon water every morning.

well.. i doubted it at first. but!!!... i did a research just now.. (a small break from my mugging k!)

lemon water diet is recommended by Beyonce!!~

god damn. she lost 20 pounds in less than two weeks time.

how is it possible right?? fu.king envious.

so what is exactly lemon water diet about?? it is a DETOX diet.

this diet consists of: fresh water, pure lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and natural maple syrup.

how it works: the acid in the lemons assists the cleansing process, and the cayenne pepper helps speed up your metabolism, promoting circulation and a greater release of toxins from our bodies. (yaaawhooow~)

simple steps:

- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon.

- 2 tablespoons of Organic or natural maple syrup.

- 1/10th of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, more or less to taste.

Mix above ingredients in 8 oz. of fresh water (no mixed/flavoured drinks!), hot or cold.

fasting/STARVING will help to receive a much better result. it is recommended that you fast for about 5-10 days, the most is 14 days. during fasting, drink 6-8 glasses of the lemon water... and continue to starve... =)

well.. to able to lose 9 kgs of fats in 2 wks sound so tempting! but the thing is.. i cant even take a small tiny little meal at all for the whole day. hais.. siao bo?!

anyway i think no harm trying. better than taking some ridiculous slimming pills right?

okays.. i cant stand anymore!
too broke.
stil nd $$$ for clubbing, movies, ktv and shopping.
decided to look for a job. this time is serious!
just sent about six resumes thru jobscentral and st701.
hope i can receive at least one reply~


went for ladies night ytd.
initial plan was butterfac..
i was so excitied!.. have nv step into the new butterfac since they moved.
but, plan changed. switched to obar.

the fun parts were got to know new frds, met long-time-no-see secondary sch frd (vanessa), drinking $3 shots whole night and dance (of cos!).
the not fun at all parts were cldnt feel any air-con in the club, long q at the bar and had numerous ppl (including my frds and some strangers) stepping on my feet.
and now the toes still hurt!

sunday night was good!
had movie and mahjong.
hehe..
caught this show- blood .. not too bad.. quite entertaining.
got home ard 545. slp at 750 i think... and i woke up at 530pm this afternn.
slept for like 10-11 hrs.
god damn. ive been wasting too much time on slping.
but i love it.
and im feeling slpy now even after a shower.
shit! exam is like... a week later.
arrrrgh!!!~

okay i have done some reflections.
i need to go on a diet.
i seriously need one.
my face is too round. my eyes are getting smaller bcos the fats are growing everywhere! even mini-cm ard my eyes ard.
oh furk...
confidence level is now at the bottom of below sea level of dont know how many metres.
SIGH!
im thinking of implementing a "fruits-only diet plan"
LOL..
but i only like to eat apple, dragonfruit, banana, grapes and durian.
worse!.. i loves and kp on craving for potato chips these days.
worst!.. i hate to exercise. hahahaa..

went starbucks with franz on thurs night.
after coffee... went his hse for a short drinking session.
it was a ridiculous drinking and playing 5-10 session!!
we stayed in the living rm.. ranting and laughing so loudly as if we were the only two in the hse while his parents and one tenant were in their rms slping.
oh.. did i mention it was ard 2am?
